Matt Hartman has been with Sperber since 2021 and leads New Partnerships. He is involved in all stages of the M&A process including outreach and initial introductions, negotiation, due diligence, closing, and post-close integration. He is based in Sperber's HQ office in Los Angeles and enjoys travelling across the country to meet founders and business owners.
