Specializing in Growth and Exit strategy planning, Jeff Harkness has spent the last 27 years working exclusively with the owners of Facility Services firms.

Jeff has worked with numerous industry companies throughout the country delivering comprehensive business growth and exit strategy services. Jeff works closely with owners on strategic growth planning including valuation, bank and capital funding, or growth through acquisitions. Jeff has helped business owner’s value and partner with Private Equity, Strategic Buyers, or ESOPs. He has extensive experience working with private equity firms, industry buyers and other third-party investment companies.

He has been a featured speaker for various industry associations, John Deere Landscapes University, Unilock, TCIA and NALP’s Executive forum. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York. In addition, Jeff has obtained the Certified Financial Planner (“CFP”) designation and lives in Alpharetta, GA with his wife Tracy and two sons Benton (22) and Landon (19).
