Brian Corbett is the Founder & Managing Partner of CCG Advisors, an Atlanta based investment banking firm he founded in 1997. He has over 30 years of experience representing the owners of successful, privately held companies and specializes in delivering optimal outcomes for CCG clients via strategic sales, private equity recapitalizations, and ESOPs.

Mr. Corbett and the CCG team have closed in excess of 100 “green industry” transactions dating back to 1998 for combined purchase prices in the billions of dollars. Early transactions were with ValleyCrest, Brickman, LandCare, TruGreen. Recent years have seen an unprecedented influx of private equity and CCG has led the way in representing best in class companies that have become the cornerstones of new platforms including HeartLand, Sperber, Mariani, Monarch, Bland and Aspen Grove among others.

While Brian and CCG work in many industries the green industry remains their favorite with an unrivaled track record, unparalleled results and highly personal relationships with the best of both buyers and sellers. While Brian is involved in every transaction from start to finish, he has invested heavily in human capital so each CCG client has a fully staffed deal team of professional investment bankers. Mr. Corbett received his degree in Finance from Florida State University then began his career as a commercial lending officer with First Union National Bank in both Charlotte and Tampa. Seeking to leverage his financial background into more meaningful business relationships, he moved to Atlanta and took a position with Cigna Financial Advisors. After a number of years assisting business owners with estate preservation and business succession, he formed CCG Advisors to specialize in mergers and acquisitions allowing his clients to capitalize on the trend of more businesses being sold than passed on to future generations.

Brian and his wife Melinda reside in Atlanta, GA and have four adult children. They are active members and contributors to numerous organizations including at the Cathedral of Christ the King, Marist School, Ansley Golf Club, High Museum and The Giving Kitchen Among others.
