Alison is a founder of Harvest the Green Partners and brings her more than 25 years of experience with buying, selling and growing businesses to the landscaping and related green-industry businesses. Over the last two decades, she has led hundreds of projects spanning exit planning, acquisition screening, company valuation, due diligence and mergers and acquisitions advisory services.

Her areas of expertise include exit planning, buying, selling, and transitioning company ownership, strategic planning, company-wide operational and cultural transformation projects including the consolidation of best practices among business processes and corresponding computing systems.

Prior to joining Harvest the Green Partners, Alison started and ran her own garden design and consulting firm. She is currently a member of the Education Committee of the Illinois Landscape Contractors’ Association. Prior to entering the landscape industry, Alison was Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for a NYSE listed company.

Alison received her MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and completed her BA at University of Pittsburgh. She is a member of M&A Source and the International Business Brokers Association, Inc.
